Welcome to Our Quran Studies Program!
At the Abubakar Islamic Center of Louisville, we are committed to helping Muslims of all ages build a strong and meaningful connection with the Holy Quran. Our Quran Studies classes are designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, enabling individuals to recite, memorize, and understand the Quran with precision and clarity.
Our Offerings:
1. Quran Recitation Classes
- Beginner & Intermediate Levels: Learn the foundations of Quranic recitation, focusing on fluency and correct pronunciation.
- Open to both children and adults to accommodate different learning needs.
2. Hifz Program (Quran Memorization)
- Designed for students who wish to memorize the Quran.
- Personalized memorization plans with regular assessments.
- Available for children, teens, and adults seeking to embark on their Hifz journey.
3. Tajweed Classes (Proper Pronunciation)
- Master the art of Quranic recitation by learning the rules of Tajweed.
- Focus on the correct articulation of Arabic letters, with attention to beauty and melody in recitation.

Who Can Join?

- Seniors: Special programs designed for seniors who wish to improve their recitation or memorize parts of the Quran.
Program Schedule:
- Recitation Classes: Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Hifz Program: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tajweed Classes: Fridays | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Additional timings can be arranged based on the student’s needs.
